Having grown up in Spain as part of a British family, a family who purchased a mountain in Valencia and developed the land and infrastructure to turn it into an Urbanization of over 1,000 houses, our founding partner Victoria, has been surrounded by construction, development and property sales their whole live!
In later years our founder specialised in (LRAU) Valencian “land grab” issues representing class actions for hundreds of homeowners defending their property rights. Therefore, we have many years of experience checking the legalities of title deeds, property descriptions, land borders and can offer a professional guarantee.
Our managing partner had a successful renovation company for many years in the UK before settling in Spain nearly 20 years ago where he has established contacts with associations and organizations along the coast.
